A clinic owner felt unsure how to grow her business. She wanted to attract more clients, but wasn’t clear on who to focus on or where to start.
Her data existed, but it wasn’t easy to use or trust - so we began by organising and simplifying it.
Once everything was clear, we were able to see what was really driving the business. In particular, a group of regular clients aged 40 - 60 stood out as both high-value and consistent. This group often visited for medical pedicures.
With this in mind, we focused on how to reach more people like them. I provided simple, practical recommendations on where to focus her marketing efforts, based on this clearer picture of her business.
It’s still early days, but she now has a much clearer direction - and early signs suggest this approach is helping bring in new clients.
