My journey in health started over a decade ago working as a Community Care Assistant.

Following multiple experiences working on the front-line in the NHS and for private health companies, I transitioned to a more data-focused approach to health, studying MSc Health Economics and Decision Science at University College London.

I have since held a number of roles in life sciences consulting and healthcare data analysis, where I have seen first-hand how important good data is for making decisions.

Why I Want to Help

Running a healthcare business is complex. More patients, more staff, more sites; often meaning less clarity on what’s really going on.

I’ve seen how quickly reporting becomes time-consuming and fragmented, with data spread across systems and little confidence in the numbers.

At the same time, I know the value that good data can bring - clear insight into performance, smarter decisions, and a business that runs more smoothly.
